Delicious Food and very personable staff! Freddy "El Venezolano" was a fantastic chef. He would engage the guests and explain what he was doing when asked.

The paella itself was delicious! I received many compliments from my guests and know for fact that someone else is already booking a party with them. The portions are all very generous.

The only reason I give them 4 stars is because the office seemed a bit disorganized and I never received a paper invoice until the day of the event. However, the staff seemed to be aware that things were a bit crazy on the office side. I was always treated very respectfully when I raised a concern. My calls were answered promptly. I think it was a weird combination of circumstances that resulted in the office confusion.

In any case, everything went very smoothly on the day of the event!

I HIGHLY recommend the services of this paella caterer.
